✍ Step-by-Step: How To Edit an Existing Post
✅ Step 1: Find the Blog Post

On your website, blog posts are usually found under News & Articles.
-
To edit, log into your WordPress dashboard.
-
On the left sidebar, click Posts.
-
Locate the post you want to edit and click the title to open it.
💡 Don’t use Elementor for editing blog posts—use the default editor.
✅ Step 2: Edit the Title and Content

Your post’s title appears at the top. Click on it to change it.

Scroll down to your content area—make changes directly by typing or pasting your new content.

You can format your text using:
-
Headings (H2, H3, etc.)
-
Paragraphs
-
Lists and quotes
-
✂️ Optional: Paste in a New Article
If you’ve received an article from your copywriter:

Paste it in place of the existing content

Add headings and spacing where necessary
🖼 Step 3: Change the Featured Image

On the right sidebar, make sure you’re under the Post tab.

Scroll to Featured Image

Click Remove to delete the current image

Click Replace to choose a new one from the media library

Remember to use the recommended size: 1280×720 pixels

🗂 Step 4: Adjust the Category

Scroll down to the Categories section on the right

Tick the relevant category for the post

If you don’t see the right category, click Add New Category and name it
📌 Categorizing helps your readers find similar articles and improves site navigation.
📤 Step 5: Save Your Changes
Once you’re happy with your edits:

Click Update or Save (depending on your screen)
Your updated article will now be live on your site with the new changes reflected.
