✅ Step 1: Go to All Posts

Log into your WordPress dashboard

Navigate to Posts > All Posts

Hover over the post you want to delete
✅ Step 2: Move It to Trash

Click on the “Trash” link that appears under the post title

The post is now moved to Trash, like your computer’s Recycle Bin
🗑️ Note: Posts stay in the trash for 30 days before being permanently deleted automatically.

While in the “All Posts” section, click the Trash tab

Locate the post you want to restore

Hover over the post and click Restore

The post will return to your list of posts as a Draft
📝 Restored posts do not go live automatically. You must manually publish them again.
